The Crawler Electric Drilling Rig SZJ1500EYL is a low carbon, energy saving full electric crawler mounted deep well drilling rig complying with international petroleum and geothermal equipment standards. It is purpose built for 3500 meter deep geothermal well, coal bed methane, shallow on shore oil gas exploration and large capacity deep water well construction projects. Driven by explosion proof main motor power system, this rig eliminates high fuel consumption and exhaust emission of traditional diesel driven units. It is equipped with heavy duty self propelled crawler undercarriage, two speed electric top drive assembly, high rigidity telescopic mast and integrated intelligent control cabin. It supports mud rotary drilling, DTH air percussion drilling, foam drilling and reverse circulation drilling processes, delivering stable performance in sand gravel strata, weathered rock, medium hard and hard rock formations. The crawler chassis enables free travel over mountainous, muddy, desert and road less well sites without additional transport vehicles.
