Complying with API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 international standards, major assemblies adopt independent skid split configuration, suitable for containerized sea land multimodal transport for overseas projects. This rig is widely applied for on land deep conventional oil gas, tight oil, shale gas and deep geothermal well drilling. It can sustain long term high load continuous drilling and is preferred fixed pad equipment for large scale domestic and international oilfield development.
Derrick, box type substructure, drawworks, power unit and control cabin are divided into independent skid modules. Each module can be disassembled separately for container shipping, meeting cross border project logistics constraints.
Drawworks, rotary table and main mud pump are driven by separate AC variable frequency motors. It realizes stepless speed torque adjustment, delivering precise control during drilling, reaming and high weight drill string tripping processes.
Large K type open front derrick and heavy duty box substructure are validated by multi condition finite element fatigue analysis, resisting structural deformation under repeated maximum hook load cycles for deep well jobs.
