It is manufactured conforming to API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 quality standards. The whole rig is pre integrated on a heavy duty road legal trailer chassis. Major assemblies do not require full disassembly during relocation; the rig can be directly towed by a tractor truck. This unit is widely deployed for mid depth oil gas, coal bed methane, tight gas and geothermal well projects, especially suitable for cluster well pads in remote areas where large tonnage cranes are limited.
Derrick, substructure, drawworks and main power assemblies are pre installed on reinforced trailer frame. After hydraulic folding, the complete unit meets highway towing requirements, drastically cutting rig up and rig down workload between well sites.
Large bore built in hydraulic cylinders complete derrick raising and lowering on site. No external truck crane is needed, lowering auxiliary equipment cost and shortening well site preparation cycle.
