The Trailer Mounted Drilling Rig ZJ40DBT is a heavy duty trailer integrated mobile drilling rig intended for 3000 4000 m medium deep well drilling assignments. Designed and manufactured per API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 international standards, the whole drilling unit is assembled on a reinforced heavy duty highway compliant trailer chassis. Major core assemblies remain connected without full disassembly during site transfer; the rig can be towed integrally by a tractor truck. This rig is widely used for medium deep oil gas, tight gas, coal bed methane and geothermal well exploitation, and it is highly suitable for cluster well operations in remote areas lacking large tonnage lifting equipment.
