The Truck Trailer Mounted Drilling Rig ZJ30CZ (T) is a 3000 meter class heavy duty trailer mounted mobile land drilling rig, manufactured in accordance with API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 international standards. It is developed for 2000 3000 m medium depth well drilling, completion and workover operations. Major drilling assemblies are integrated onto a heavy load semi trailer chassis, which can be towed by standard tractor trucks for highway transportation without full disassembly of core equipment. Featuring hydraulic automatic derrick erecting, fast rig up/rig down and strong site adaptability, this rig is widely applied for medium depth oil gas, coalbed methane, tight gas, medium shallow geothermal and industrial water well projects. It serves as a reliable mobile drilling solution for projects requiring frequent well site transfer in hilly, plain and Gobi regions.
Derrick, drawworks, rotary table and power system are compactly arranged on reinforced semi trailer frame. The whole rig can be towed on public roads; key assemblies remain assembled during transit, greatly reducing disassembly assembly workload and migration cycle compared with conventional skid type rigs.
Adopts alloy reinforced folding derrick with full hydraulic erecting and laying down mechanism. Field crane is not required for derrick deployment. It realizes rapid well site preparation and adapts to high frequency well position switching of scattered well groups.
Adopts mature mechanical hydraulic compound transmission as standard configuration. It delivers stable lifting force and rotary torque under variable load medium depth drilling conditions, with simple transmission chain and convenient on site inspection and maintenance.
Equipped with heavy duty telescopic hydraulic outriggers. It provides stable whole machine bearing capacity after arriving at well pad, without requirement for thick reinforced concrete foundation, adapting to various flat and semi flat well site terrain.
