The Truck Trailer Mounted Drilling Rig ZJ40CZ (T) is a high-performance 4000-meter-class heavy-duty trailer-mounted mobile land drilling rig, fully designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 international industry standards. Tailored for 3000-4000m medium-deep well drilling, completion and heavy-duty workover operations, the rig integrates all core drilling assemblies on an enhanced heavy-load semi-trailer chassis. It supports highway integral towing transportation without full disassembly of key equipment, featuring fully hydraulic automatic derrick erecting & folding, ultra-fast rig-up/rig-down and excellent terrain adaptability. Compared with conventional skid-mounted rigs, it drastically shortens well site migration cycle and reduces construction costs. High-power Mechanical-hydraulic Compound Drive System

Equipped with optimized high-efficiency mechanical-hydraulic compound transmission system, matching 4000m medium-deep well load characteristics. It outputs stable and powerful lifting tension and rotary torque, with smooth variable-load operation and strong impact resistance. The transmission structure is mature and simple, facilitating daily on-site inspection, fault troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

Multi-point Synchronous Hydraulic Support System

Configured with multi-group heavy-duty telescopic hydraulic outriggers with synchronous control function. The whole machine can be quickly leveled and stably supported after arriving at the well pad, without special reinforced concrete foundation. It adapts to various complex flat and semi-slope well site terrains, greatly reducing pre-construction infrastructure investment.

Full-range Harsh Environment Adaptability

All load-bearing steel structures adopt multi-layer weather-resistant and anti-corrosion treatment; hydraulic, electrical and sealing components are upgraded with dust-proof, sand-proof, low-temperature anti-brittle and high-temperature anti-aging modules.
