How to Match the XY 200 (YJ) to Your Project
In mineral exploration programmes and civil geotechnical campaigns, the rig that reaches 200 m with intact core is a different instrument from the oilfield units listed above - and the selection logic follows a different checklist entirely. The XY-200-(YJ) is our compact mechanical-hydraulic core drilling rig, rated for a maximum 200 m core depth, a 300 mm maximum borehole and a 75 mm end-hole core diameter. A mechanical rotary head supplies stable torque - 1700 N m maximum - across four spindle speeds of 118, 236, 505 and 1010 r/min, while a precision hydraulic feed at 12.5 MPa controls weight on bit, so core comes up unbroken rather than ground into cuttings. At about 560 kg and a 1433 x 697 x 1273 mm footprint, it moves by light truck rather than heavy haulage, which is why field teams choose it for scattered points, foundation investigation and rural water wells.
When you inquire, tell us the core diameter your assay requires: the 75 mm end-hole is standard, but larger water-well bores up to 300 mm change the rod and pump selection. State whether the holes are vertical or inclined, because the spindle angles from 75 to 90 degrees to suit dipped strata, and describe the overburden - soil, sand-gravel, weathered rock and medium-hard rock all sit within its rated range. Say also whether the site has mains power, since the unit is offered as electric motor or diesel; the 49 kN spindle pull, 510 mm stroke and 1.3 MPa pump are standard for hole-wall protection.
Lead time for this compact core drilling rig is quoted with the commercial offer, with progress photos at each build milestone - useful when an exploration season is already dated. Pricing follows your hole profile and chosen power drive within two days.
