The Modular Land Drilling Rig SZJ2250M is a heavy duty skid type modular on land drilling rig compliant with API international petroleum equipment standards, specially developed for 4000 meter deep well geothermal drilling, oil gas exploration, coal bed methane exploitation and deep water well construction projects. Adopting three main module split skid mounted layout, this rig integrates high power hydraulic top drive unit, heavy load derrick substructure assembly, dual power energy saving power system and intelligent automatic control platform. It supports mud rotary drilling, air DTH percussion drilling, foam drilling and air reverse circulation drilling technologies, adapting to sand gravel strata, weathered rock, medium hard and hard rock formations. Each functional module can be disassembled independently for highway transportation, requiring only four truckloads for complete equipment shipment; low position assembling and automatic hoisting mechanism greatly reduce high altitude operation risks during rig up process. Equipped with complete mud air manifold system and real time drilling parameter monitoring module, SZJ2250M features short site commissioning cycle and low non productive time. Three Module Split Modular Skid mounted Layout

Dual source Power supply & Significant Energy saving Performance

Standard with dual 800kW generator sets, supporting both full electric drive and backup diesel power supply mode. Compared with single diesel driven scheme, electric driven mode cuts comprehensive energy consumption by more than 50%. Optimized power distribution logic reduces idle power loss under variable drilling load conditions.

Multi process Integrated Fluid Manifold Configuration

Factory integrated mud manifold, air manifold and foam pump assembly are equipped as standard. Seamless switching among mud drilling, air drilling, foam drilling and air reverse circulation drilling can be realized on site without large scale pipeline reconstruction, satisfying multi technology construction demands of geothermal, coal bed methane and deep water well projects.

Intelligent Automated Control & Multi layer Safety Interlock

Centralized integrated control cabin visualizes torque, pressure, hook load, depth and other key drilling parameters in real time. One touch operation supports collaborative control of main rig and auxiliary equipment with multi point safety interlock logic. Emergency stop linkage, derrick anti tilt monitoring and pipeline over pressure protection are embedded to enhance HSE performance for long time field operation.
