Full Hydraulic Fast Erecting Derrick System
Equipped with industrial-grade full hydraulic automatic mast erecting and retracting system, supporting one-key rapid lifting and folding. No large hoisting equipment is required for on-site deployment, which significantly shortens rig-up and rig-down cycle and improves construction efficiency. The derrick is made of high-strength low-alloy steel, with enhanced structural rigidity, wind resistance and anti-fatigue performance, adapting to long-term high-intensity heavy-load cyclic workover operations.
High-power Mechanical-Hydraulic Compound Drive System
Matched with upgraded high-power mechanical-hydraulic compound transmission system, featuring strong low-speed high-torque output and excellent variable-load adaptability. It can stably cope with complex working conditions such as deep well pipe string sticking, high wellbore resistance and variable formation load, with stable power output and ultra-low failure rate, fully meeting heavy-duty workover demands of medium-deep wells.
High-stability Leveling & Low Site Requirement
Configured with multi-group large-tonnage synchronous leveling hydraulic outriggers, which can realize rapid horizontal calibration and stable support on conventional well pads without professional foundation hardening treatment.
