The Truck Mounted Workover Rig LT XJ800 is a lightweight high-mobility truck-integrated workover rig, manufactured strictly in accordance with API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 international industry standards. Designed for 2000m-class medium-shallow oil and gas well workover, well cleaning, downhole troubleshooting and old well stimulation operations, this LT lightweight optimized model integrates all core working systems on a heavy-duty off-road truck chassis. It cancels redundant structural configurations on the premise of ensuring standard workover load capacity, featuring light weight, flexible maneuverability and rapid field deployment. The rig requires no auxiliary towing equipment, realizing self-propelled rapid transfer between scattered well sites. It is highly adaptable to plains, hills, pastoral areas and complex road conditions, serving as a cost-effective mobile workover solution for onshore oilfield daily maintenance, scattered well group renovation and small and medium-sized oilfield service projects worldwide.

Self-propelled Truck-mounted Integrated Structure

The streamlined derrick structure and integrated power skid reduce the whole machine volume and dead weight, lower road bearing and passing restrictions, and further improve the flexibility of cross-region and cross-well rapid migration.

Efficient Hydraulic Derrick Lifting System

Equipped with full hydraulic automatic erecting and retracting derrick system, supporting one-key rapid mast lifting and folding. No large-tonnage field crane is required for well site deployment, greatly shortening rig-up and rig-down time. The derrick adopts high-strength alloy steel with excellent structural rigidity and anti-fatigue performance, ensuring stable load-bearing during long-term cyclic workover operations.

Stable Mechanical-Hydraulic Compound Drive

Adopts mature and reliable mechanical-hydraulic compound transmission mode, with sufficient lifting torque and stable power output. The system has strong variable-load adaptability, can cope with complex working conditions such as pipe string jamming and wellbore resistance fluctuation during workover, and maintains high-efficiency and stable operation with low failure rate and strong field practicability.

Low Operation & Site Adaptation Requirements

Equipped with multi-group synchronous leveling hydraulic outriggers, which can complete rapid stabilization and horizontal calibration on ordinary well pads without special foundation treatment. The operation logic is simple and intuitive, with low operator technical threshold. Universal standard wearing parts greatly reduce daily maintenance difficulty and comprehensive operation cost.

Wide Harsh Environment Adaptability

Key structural components adopt weather-resistant anti-corrosion treatment; hydraulic sealing, electrical and moving parts are equipped with dust-proof, sand-proof and wide-temperature resistant protection structures.
