The Truck Trailer Mounted Drilling Rig ZJ20Z (T) is a 2000 meter class trailer mounted mobile land drilling rig complying with API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 specifications. Designed for 1500 2000 m shallow to medium well drilling, completion and workover operations, the whole rig is assembled on a heavy duty semi trailer chassis. It realizes highway towable transportation without full disassembly of main units, and features fast rig up & rig down, high mobility and small site footprint. This trailer type rig is widely used for conventional oil gas, coalbed methane, shallow geothermal, water well drilling and scattered well group projects, being a cost effective mobile drilling solution for frequent well site relocation demands.
Main assemblies including derrick, drawworks, rotary table and power pack are mounted on heavy duty semi trailer frame. The rig can be towed by standard tractor truck for highway transfer; major components remain assembled during transit, avoiding repeated dismantling of large parts and cutting migration preparation time significantly.
Adopts high strength folding derrick with full hydraulic erecting / folding mechanism. No large size field crane is required for derrick standing up and laying down. Auxiliary operation time at well site is shortened, suitable for high frequency shift between scattered well locations.
Adopts mature mechanical transmission as standard configuration, delivering stable lifting and rotary power for 2000 meter well conditions. The system has simple transmission chain, easy on site maintenance and low requirement for well site supporting infrastructure.
Equipped with multi group hydraulic supporting outriggers. After arriving at well site, outriggers extend to provide stable whole machine bearing without heavy concrete foundation, adapting to plain, hilly and relatively flat Gobi well pads.
Key structural members adopt weather resistant anti corrosion treatment; electrical and hydraulic assemblies have dust proof and splash proof protection. Standardized wearing parts facilitate local spare part procurement and rapid field repair in global project sites.
