How to Match the LT ZJ30 to Your Project
A mechanical-drive rig answers a different power question than its electric neighbours: how to keep a 3000 m hole moving when the nearest substation is hours away. The LT-ZJ30 is our lightweight 3000 m-class mechanical land drilling rig, rated for 3000 m on 114 mm pipe, a 1700 kN static hook and a 560 kW (750 HP) drawworks with a ZP275 rotary table. Built down from a conventional ZJ30 by trimming mast and substructure weight, it keeps the medium-shallow heavy-duty envelope while shrinking the transport footprint - which is why it is chosen for mountainous leases, hilly terrain and spread-out well groups where every extra tonne on a low-standard road is a problem. There is no SCR house and no VFD cabin, so nothing depends on a grid that has not reached the pad.
Before you request an LT-ZJ30 quotation, tell us the road and bridge weight limits on the access route and the smallest pad your wells occupy: those two, not the hook rating, usually decide between this lightweight version and a standard skid ZJ30J. The 29 mm wireline on 5 x 6/10 lines and the 35 MPa standpipe pressure are standard, with a -30 C to +50 C ambient range. If the programme mixes drilling with medium-shallow workover, or runs through Gobi and dry windy ground, say so - dust-sealing and winterisation packs change the scope.
Lead time for this class of unit is quoted with the commercial offer, and progress photos are shared at each build milestone, so road upgrades and pad preparation can run in parallel with fabrication. Because the LT-ZJ30 ships as modular skid packages, multi-modal logistics are arranged around container limits, and the export documentation set travels with the machine.
