The Land SCR DC Drilling Rig ZJ80D is a super heavy-duty skid-mounted SCR DC electric drilling rig, independently developed for 6000-8000m ultra-deep well drilling, completion and complex downhole treatment operations. Strictly compliant with API-4F, API-7K and ISO9001 global industry standards, the rig adopts mature and upgraded SCR silicon controlled rectifier DC drive technology, featuring ultra-high torque reserve, stable low-speed output and strong complex formation adaptability. The whole machine adopts fully modular skid split design, supporting standard containerized multimodal transportation and rapid on-site assembly and commissioning. As a high-end ultra-deep well core equipment, it is widely used for ultra-deep conventional oil and gas, pre-salt reservoir resources, deep tight oil and shale gas large-scale block development, and is the preferred stable model for domestic and international ultra-deep oilfield key engineering projects.

Ultra-high-rigidity Anti-fatigue Bearing Structure

Adopts customized super-heavy K-type open-front derrick and reinforced thickened box substructure. After full-working-condition finite element fatigue analysis and mechanical stress verification, the overall structure has excellent structural rigidity, impact resistance and deformation resistance, which can cope with long-term peak load operation and frequent tripping operations of 8000m ultra-deep wells without structural fatigue damage.

Integrated Intelligent PLC Central Control System

Configured with fully sealed dust-proof, heat-insulated and corrosion-resistant driller control cabin. It integrates full-process drilling parameter real-time collection, precise load and speed control, multi-layer electromechanical safety interlock and intelligent fault self-diagnosis functions. Indoor centralized intelligent operation reduces manual intervention, effectively improving construction safety and operational efficiency of ultra-deep complex wells.
