The Low Temperature Truck Mounted Drilling Rig YJ350 is a special cold climate truck integrated mobile drilling rig, designed and manufactured per API 4F, API 7K and ISO9001 standards. This unit is purpose built for oil & gas, geothermal and water well drilling operations under extreme frigid environments, applicable for well depths up to 3500 m. All core drilling assemblies including derrick, drawworks, rotary table and power pack are installed on an all terrain heavy duty truck chassis. The complete machine realizes self propelled road travel without tractor vehicle, and adopts full system low temperature thermal insulation, anti freezing and cold start modification. It can reliably perform rig up, drilling and rig down under severe sub zero ambient conditions. It is widely used for energy exploration and workover projects in alpine, high latitude and seasonal frozen soil regions, serving as a reliable self propelled drilling solution for cold area scattered well group development.

Self propelled Heavy duty Truck mounted Layout

Main drilling assemblies are compactly integrated on high mobility off road truck chassis. The rig realizes self driving transfer without additional towing equipment, with good cross country performance to adapt to unpaved winter access roads in cold zones. Main components remain assembled during transit, greatly shortening transition cycle between well locations.

Full set Low temperature Anti freezing & Thermal insulation System

Fuel circuit, hydraulic system, lubrication circuit, water medium pipeline and instrument cabin are equipped with heating modules and thermal insulation layers. Special low temperature hydraulic oil, lubricants and sealing elements are adopted. Supporting electric preheating and engine auxiliary cold start device ensures normal startup and continuous operation under extremely low temperature conditions.

Hydraulic Auto erecting Derrick Assembly

High strength alloy derrick with full hydraulic erecting / laying down mechanism. No large field crane is required for well site deployment. Key structural welds and stress bearing parts adopt low temperature impact resistant material to prevent brittle fracture in frigid climate.

Multi point Hydraulic Outrigger Stabilization Structure

Heavy duty telescopic hydraulic outriggers with synchronous leveling function. The rig can finish quick leveling and stable supporting on frozen ground without complicated concrete foundation. Outrigger cylinder components use cold resistant seals to avoid leakage under low temperature working conditions.

Cold oriented Electrical & Control System

Control cabinet, sensor components and cable assemblies adopt low temperature grade components with anti condensation heating function. The whole control logic is optimized for cold site field operation; key wearing parts adopt universal specifications to facilitate spare part supply in remote alpine project areas.
