Series overview
The geothermal drilling rig line is engineered for boreholes that must handle circulating heat, larger casing programs, and hard formations encountered in geothermal reservoirs and deep water wells. These self-propelled crawler rigs combine high hoisting force with temperature-resistant hydraulic systems, so they can pull casing and drill strings out of deep, hot holes without derating.
The ZDX-G2000 is the flagship deep geothermal unit, rated to 2000 m with a 200 kN hoisting force and a hydraulic system rated for up to 120 C formation temperature. The NT-G1200 is the multi-purpose alternative: a 1200 m rig with larger drill diameters up to 300 mm, suited to water well, DTH air, and core sampling work as well as geothermal loops. Both run on full-hydraulic crawler undercarriages and accept optional electric drive packages.
