Series overview
The modular and skid-mounted drilling rig line is engineered around the logistics and rig-up constraints of overseas projects. Rather than a single integrated structure, each rig breaks into transportable modules that fit standard container and flat-rack shipping, then bolts together on a prepared pad. This reduces shipping cost, simplifies customs handling, and shortens the time between arrival and first drilling operation.
The SZJ2250M is the representative top-drive modular rig: a 4000 m class unit with a 2250 kN hook load, twin 450 kW main drive motors, and an iron roughneck rated to 125000 N-m, suited to mud rotary, DTH air, and deep geothermal formations. The JR-SK3000 is the lighter skid alternative, a 3000 m class unit with optional SCR-DC or AC-VFD drive. Structural and hoisting assemblies follow API 4F and API 7K referenced practice, and export documentation is prepared for customs clearance.
