Series overview
The land drilling rig line from HuBei SJ Petroleum Machinery Co.Ltd covers fixed-pad onshore drilling equipment for oil and gas, water injection, and deep exploration wells. The series spans nominal drilling depth ratings from the 1500 m class up to the 9000 m class, giving drilling contractors a single source for shallow, medium, and deep land rigs. Drive configurations include full AC VFD units, SCR DC rigs, and mechanical drive rigs, each fitted with a K-type open-front derrick and box-type substructure sized to the maximum static hook load.
Deep-well AC VFD models such as the ZJ50DB and ZJ70DB are representative of the line: they pair a drawworks-rated main drive with a ZP495 rotary table, rated for continuous hook load cycles under full drilling torque. Structural components are manufactured to API 4F and API 7K referenced design and testing practice. Climate packages, voltage, and drive options can be adapted to overseas site conditions through the OEM customization process.
