Series overview
The offshore platform workover rig line is purpose-built for fixed production platforms, where deck footprint, wind survival, and lifting capacity must be balanced. These units use compact vertical marine derricks rather than land-style masts, and are rated for working wind speeds up to 25 m/s so that well servicing can continue safely through typical offshore conditions. Drive packages can be mechanical or marine explosion-proof VFD to match platform classification.
The HXJ225 is the entry offshore workover unit: a 2000 m class rig with a 1580 kN hook load and a ZP205 rotary table, suited to moderate intervention on older platform wells. The HXJ315 steps up to 3000 m and 3150 kN with a JJ315/43-A high-load derrick and a 35 MPa standpipe. Both are manufactured to API 4F and API 7K referenced practice, and the larger unit references marine offshore safety standards. Documentation for platform integration and customs clearance is prepared by our engineering team and sent with your quotation.
