Series overview
The workover rig line covers well servicing and intervention equipment built to pull and run tubing, perform completion work, and handle workover loads on producing wells. The onshore side is dominated by truck-mounted units that drive themselves between well sites, using vertical folding hydraulic derricks that stay within road envelope during transit. The offshore side provides compact marine-rated units designed for the limited deck space of fixed platforms.
The XJ1350 is the representative heavy onshore workover rig: rated to 7000 m working depth with a 4000 kN maximum static hook load and 1350 HP lifting power, built for ultra-heavy intervention. The HXJ225 represents the offshore workover class, a 2000 m platform unit with a marine wind-resistant compact derrick. Structural and hoisting assemblies follow API 4F and API 7K referenced practice, and drive packages can be specified as mechanical or explosion-proof VFD where required.
