Series overview
The truck-mounted drilling rig series is built for contractors whose economics depend on short rig-up times and frequent well-to-well moves. By integrating the drawworks, mast, and power system onto a self-propelled truck chassis, these rigs eliminate the heavy crane and multi-load transport required by fixed-pad land rigs. The line covers both drilling rigs for new wells and heavy workover units for well servicing, with foldable hydraulic derricks that raise and stow for road travel.
The SZJ40-2250CZ is representative of the drilling side: a 4000 m class unit with AC VFD main drive and hydraulic auxiliary systems, rated for 2250 kN static hook load. On the workover side, the XJ1000 delivers 1000 HP lifting power and a super-heavy vertical folding derrick for deep intervention. Structural and hoisting assemblies follow API 4F and API 7K referenced practice. Cold-weather and terrain-specific chassis options are available for overseas fleets.
