Series overview
The trailer-mounted drilling rig line places the complete drilling package on a multi-axle trailer chassis instead of a truck carrier. This gives contractors a rig that can be towed by a common prime mover, parked and leveled on outriggers, and rigged up with a hydraulically raised mast. It is a practical fit for road-limited regions, cross-border towed transport, and projects where owning a dedicated truck chassis is not justified.
The TZJ30 is the representative mechanical-hydraulic unit: a 3000 m class rig on a 4-axle heavy-duty trailer, with a 560 kW drawworks and a 35 MPa standpipe. The ZJ40DBT steps up to a 4000 m class AC VFD package with hydraulic auxiliary drive for deeper holes. Both use a hydraulic foldable derrick and are rated to API 4F and API 7K referenced practice. Trailer axle count, brake system, and towing configuration can be matched to destination road regulations.
