Working condition profile
Remote onshore land drilling programs at 3000-4000 m depth typically begin with containerized ocean freight to a regional port, then inland road transport to a greenfield pad. Oversized, non-containerizable assemblies drive up freight cost, require special transport permits, and delay customs clearance. Two capability tiers are usually needed: a deeper, top-drive rig for the main program and a lighter, quicker rig for infill and contingency wells. Reassembly must be achievable by a mixed crew with standard tools, and export documentation must support customs and the buyer's own quality audit.
